Chelsea is celebrated for her award-winning wellness programs and ability to forge impactful nationwide partnerships across industries. Her work with state leaders, higher education institutions, and volunteer initiatives statewide, continues to advance dementia education, empower healthcare professionals, and inspire future advocates.
As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Certified Dementia Care Manager (CDCM), Certified Dementia Support Group Facilitator (CDSGF), and Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT), Chelsea brings professional training that’s grounded in compassion, clarity, and real-life application. She leads the Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care (ADDC) Seminar, preparing professionals for the CDP application and certification, as well as customized training programs that prepare healthcare professionals, caregivers, and organizations to deliver more confident, person-centered dementia care.

Chelsea presented at the 2025 International Council of Active Aging (ICAA) Conference and Expo on “Partnership Ecosystem – A Guide to Dynamic Partnerships in Senior Living”. Beyond the ICAA stage, Chelsea has contributed her expertise on industry panels, appeared on The Balancing Act (streaming on YouTube), featured in various interviews and print articles, and serves as an industry voice in upcoming NCCDP YouTube episodes.
Originally from Tennessee, Chelsea grew up surrounded by the Smoky Mountains, peaceful lakes, and the warmth of Southern culture. Those early experiences gave her a deep appreciation for nature’s calmness, healing, and quiet strength—qualities she carries into her approach to dementia care. Her Southern upbringing also instilled in her a sense of hospitality, community, and resilience, values that continue to shape her work today.
